ABUSE, LEGAL REMOVAL, AND REPORTING POLICY

Public reporting policy for abuse, legal removal requests, safety issues, and related notices.

Overview

Leibodex accepts reports relating to abuse, privacy concerns, intellectual-property complaints, impersonation, malware, safety risks, sanctions concerns, and legal requests involving public hashes, metadata, verification pages, and related artifacts.

Infrastructure-service scope notice

Leibodex is an infrastructure service that records hashes, metadata, verification pages, and related artifacts. In ordinary browser flows, Leibodex does not host the original file content itself unless a feature clearly says otherwise. Leibodex may still display or distribute metadata, public pages, exports, badges, PDFs, and other convenience artifacts derived from submitted records.

Prohibited uses

Intellectual property complaints

Leibodex accepts intellectual-property complaints relating to metadata, public pages, exports, and other distributed artifacts under its control. Notices should identify the work or right at issue, the relevant page, hash, artifact, or material, and the basis for the complaint.

Copyright / Intellectual Property Notice Procedure

Send copyright and intellectual-property notices to ABUSE@LEIBODEX.COM. Leibodex may request additional information where needed, including a good-faith statement, an authority and accuracy statement, and a physical or electronic signature.

Security vulnerability reporting

For responsible disclosure or security reports, contact SECURITY@LEIBODEX.COM. Security reports should include enough detail for Leibodex to understand the issue and reproduce it if appropriate.

Illegal content reporting

Reports concerning unlawful metadata, public pages, or related artifacts should identify the specific page, hash, artifact, or conduct and explain the legal or policy basis for the report.

Fraud and misuse reporting

Leibodex accepts reports of impersonation, fraud, malware, exploit distribution, misleading badge or record use, sanctions evasion, and similar misuse of the Service.

Removal and restriction authority

Depending on the issue, Leibodex may reject submissions, rate-limit access, delist public pages, redact metadata, restrict access, disable public display, stop further distribution of convenience artifacts, preserve records, or take other reasonable action for legal, security, abuse-prevention, or operational reasons.

Important limits

Because Leibodex is designed around public append-only records, Leibodex may not be able to erase every copy of a previously published hash or artifact. When warranted, Leibodex may instead remove or suppress UI display, redact metadata, de-index or delist public pages, restrict access, or stop further distribution of convenience artifacts while preserving ledger integrity and complying with law.

Privacy, safety, and legal compliance

Leibodex may act in response to legal process, intellectual-property claims, privacy concerns, safety risks, abuse, fraud, sanctions, malware, security incidents, or operational-integrity needs.

False reporting warning

Leibodex may consider intentionally false, abusive, or misleading reports when evaluating future submissions, access, or reporting credibility. Do not submit reports you know are inaccurate.

Investigation and review process

Leibodex will review reports and respond as appropriate. Leibodex does not promise a specific response time or a specific outcome, including full deletion.

Leibodex may request additional information from the reporting party or other affected parties where appropriate.
